At 9 km south of the ferry and 566 meters long, Praia do Curral is the busiest with a lively crowd. There are bars and restaurants scattered throughout the beach, offering excellent seafood dishes and exotic drinks. During high season, on the sand, the sound doesn't stop throughout the day and, at sea, banana boats, jet skis, speedboats and water sports guarantee fun.

A good place to admire the sunset, the beach has a large green area that serves as a refuge for those who don't want to stay in the sun. In the left corner is the little church of Santa Cruz, accessed by a staircase to admire the landscape. The beach also offers great public infrastructure with a tourist information point, bathrooms, fresh water and a playground for children.
